Fil­ing a DMCA Claim

Response to Infringe­ment Noti­fi­ca­tions

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or Dis­able Access: Imme­di­ate­ly remove or dis­able access to the alleged­ly infring­ing mate­r­i­al.
Noti­fy User: Inform the user who uploaded the mate­r­i­al about the removal or dis­abling of access.
Repeat infringers: Ter­mi­nate user accounts with repeat copy­right infringe­ments in accor­dance with our pol­i­cy.

User Counter Noti­fi­ca­tion.

If you believe your mate­r­i­al has been removed or dis­abled by mis­take or misiden­ti­fi­ca­tion, you may sub­mit a counter-noti­fi­ca­tion. This counter-noti­fi­ca­tion should include

Your con­tact infor­ma­tion: Full name, mail­ing address, tele­phone num­ber, and e‑mail address.
Iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of the recalled mate­r­i­al: Descrip­tion of the mate­r­i­al and its loca­tion pri­or to recall.
